Policies

ORDERS & SHIPPING/DELIVERY:

We offer standard shipping/delivery within and outside Accra only.

- Orders placed are processed and delivered within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays and Sundays). If we are experiencing bad weather, please allow additional days for orders to be delivered.

- It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate details for delivery. Orders that are undeliverable or returned, due to missed calls, will accrue extra charges to be redelivered on the following business day. 

- Orders placed after 2pm GMT, will be processed and delivered the next business day.

- Shipping in the US is a drop-shipping service which means we offer standard shipping with fedex, usps and ups.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY:


We do not offer returns and refunds on any purchases, including both retail products and services. However, exchanges on unused products are available. Please contact our customer service for assistance with product exchanges. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue.
