Shipping policy

 ORDERS & SHIPPING/DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Saturday between the hours of 9AM and 5PM GMT. This excludes Sundays and holidays.

- We offer standard shipping/delivery within and outside Accra only.

- Orders placed are processed and delivered within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays and Sundays). If we are experiencing bad weather, please allow 1-2 additional business days for orders to be delivered.

- It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate details for delivery. Orders that are undeliverable or returned, due to missed calls, will accrue extra charges to be redelivered on the following business day. 

- Orders placed after 2 pm GMT, will be processed and delivered the next business day.

- Shipping in the US is a drop-shipping service which means we offer standard shipping with fedex, USPS and UPS.
